The Room You Never Finished

Finish the Garage You've Already Invested In

You already paid for the square footage. Right now it is bare gray concrete that stains, dusts, and cracks, and it stays the one part of the house you never quite finished.

A coated floor turns that space into a room you actually want to use. It wipes clean, brightens the whole garage, and holds up to cars, tools, and Michiana winters. We install it in a single day, so you go from bare slab to finished floor between breakfast and dinner.

Straightforward Pricing

What a Garage Floor Actually Costs

A two-car garage is the most common install, so we publish that range up front. Everything else is quoted to your space, with no pressure and no surprise add-ons.

One-car garage
Our most affordable install

The smallest footprint, so the lowest total cost. A good entry point for a single bay or a workshop.

Two-car garageMost common
$4,000–$6,500

The most common install. The final number depends on square footage, concrete condition, and the flake blend you choose.

Three-car garage
Scales up from the two-car range

More square footage means more material and labor, so it prices above a two-car garage.

Oversized or custom
Quoted to the space

Shops, tandem bays, and unusual layouts get a custom quote once we walk and measure the floor.

Removing an old coating: Removing a failed or peeling coating adds prep time and cost. We spell that out in the quote so there are no surprises.

Flake Blends

Choose a Color You'll Be Happy With for Years

We offer ten standard blends plus custom mixes, from quiet grays to bold two-tones. Every blend gets the same full-broadcast coverage and the same clear polyaspartic topcoat.

The One-Day Install

How We Finish Your Garage Floor in One Day

01
Grind and Prep

We diamond-grind the concrete to open its pores instead of taking acid-etch shortcuts. Then we fill any cracks and spalls with polymer repair compounds so the surface is sound before coating.

02
Base Coat

We roll a pigmented polyaspartic base into the fresh profile while the concrete is still open from prep. That timing is what locks the color coat tightly to the slab.

03
Full Flake Broadcast

We broadcast your chosen flake blend to full rejection, so the floor gets complete coverage with no thin spots. Once it sets, we scrape it smooth for an even, comfortable finish.

04
Clear Topcoat

A UV-stable clear polyaspartic seals everything in and gives the floor its durability. You can walk on it that night and park on it in 24 hours.

The Professional Difference

Why Homeowners Choose Professional Coatings

01
Preparation Is What Makes It Last

Most coating failures start with skipped prep. We diamond-grind the concrete to a proper profile and repair cracks and spalls before any coating goes down, so the finish bonds to sound concrete instead of sitting on top of it.

02
Installed in a Single Day

Polyaspartic cures fast, so we grind, coat, and flake most garages in one visit. You walk on the floor that evening and park on it the next day, without living around a week of downtime.

03
Backed by a Written Warranty

Every install carries a written 15-year adhesion warranty from a local company you can reach. The number we quote is honored for 90 days, and the terms are spelled out in plain language before you commit.

Know What You're Buying

Polyaspartic vs. Epoxy vs. the Box-Store Kit

We install both polyaspartic and commercial epoxy, and the right system depends on the space. What we will not install is the peel-prone box-store kit that fails in a Michiana winter.
